By accessing or using our website, purchasing any pre-monetized YouTube channels, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. Please read these terms carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use our services.

Website Use

YouTuber Store provides pre-monetized YouTube channels for sale. By purchasing from YouTuber Store, you agree to:

- Pay the indicated purchase price.

- Confirm that you have the legal authority to make such a purchase.

- Acknowledge that once ownership of the YouTube channel is transferred, you will not use the purchased channel for any fraudulent or illegal purposes.

Final Sale: All sales are final, and refunds will only be issued under the conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.

Payment Security

We use secure payment gateways such as Lemonsqueezy to process transactions. Your payment information is encrypted and protected, ensuring a secure purchasing experience. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment methods.

Ownership Transfer

After purchasing a monetized YouTube channel, you will have manager-level access to the account while the transfer process is completed, which may take up to 7 days, as per YouTube's policies. Full ownership will be transferred to you once YouTube finalizes the process. You may use the channel to upload and manage content during this period, but full administrative access will be granted only after the ownership transfer is complete.

No Liability Post-Delivery

Once a YouTube channel is delivered to you, YouTuber Store is no longer responsible for the following:

- Channel suspension or demonetization due to non-compliance with YouTube's policies.

- Loss of followers, engagement, or subscribers after the purchase.

- Any other issues that arise with the YouTube channel after ownership transfer is complete

It is the buyer's responsibility to maintain compliance with YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines after taking ownership.

Copyright

All content, including text, video, images, and other media found on YouTuber Store, is the intellectual property of the Company and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and patent laws. This includes the content we provide through our service as well as any assets related to purchased YouTube channels.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall YouTuber Store be responsible for any damages, losses, or liabilities, whether contractual or otherwise, arising from the use of a purchased YouTube channel. You agree that your use of the purchased channel is at your own risk.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YouTuber Store from any claim, damages, or liability that may arise from your use of the purchased YouTube channel or your violation of any terms in this Agreement.

Conduct

By using YouTuber Store, you agree to:

- Use the website and services solely for lawful purposes.

- Not compromise the security of our website or the YouTube channels provided.

- Not engage in any actions that may disrupt, alter, or misuse the content of the YouTube channels sold by YouTuber Store.

Confidential Information

Any personal information you provide to YouTuber Store will be kept confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy. However, non-personal materials submitted through inquiries or communications with our support team may be used by YouTuber Store in any manner it sees fit.

Correction of Inaccuracies

YouTuber Store reserves the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies in the content on our website, or to update product information at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee that all inaccuracies will be resolved immediately.

Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our website and services if we believe that you have violated any part of this Agreement or if you are engaging in any fraudulent activity. In the event of termination, no refunds will be issued.

Changes to Terms of Service

YouTuber Store reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website. By continuing to use our services after any changes, you agree to the revised terms.
