Our refund policy is valid for 7 calendar days from the date of purchase. If you are not fully satisfied during this period, you may request a refund. However, refunds will not be issued if a video has been uploaded to the channel during this time. Additionally, note that according to YouTube’s policies, it may take up to 7 days for full ownership transfer to be completed after you accept the invitation. During this period, you will have manager-level access to the channel, enabling you to manage content but not granting full administrative control. If the 7-day period has lapsed or a video has been uploaded, refunds cannot be processed.
If this condition is not met, we reserve the right to decline the refund request.
